1.Description of Platinum Silicone Rubber
RTV-2 platinum liquid silicone rubber is an industrial-grade material designed for high-precision plaster/concrete crafts and resin casting molds. It solves the core pain points of traditional molds that are easy to deform and lose details through its **zero shrinkage rate (<0.1%) and high temperature resistance (250°C)** characteristics.
2.Five major technical advantages of Platinum Silicone Rubber
(1) Extremely soft and elastic: Shore A 20 is very soft, with a firmness similar to playdough or earplugs, and can undergo a great deal of elastic deformation.
(2) The platinum addition-curing system exhibits virtually no shrinkage (<0.1%), ensuring absolute dimensional accuracy.
(3) Compatible with a variety of materials and does not inhibit the curing of certain resins (such as PU and epoxy).

1. It has excellent high-temperature resistance, with temperatures ranging from 300 to 500 degrees.

3. No shrinkage, high precision. It can solve products that cannot be made by film pressing machines, filling the gap in the production of large lead-tin alloy processes and fine patterned products. 6.Precautions :
1. Do a small amount of testing before use, and then put it into use.
2. Do not add color or powder to the silica gel at will before testing. Do not contact with water, acid, alkali or other organic matter containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen, so as not to affect the curing of silica gel.
3. This product is a platinum catalyst silica gel, which cannot be in contact with condensation type silica gel. Before using the silica gel, tools and containers need to be cleaned with thinner water.
4. If you need to color, please add the color paste to component B by 2/1000, and stir evenly.
