Description:
KL-17 is a professional-grade industrial liquid hot melt adhesive designed for high-end film lamination. Formulated with modified synthetic resins, it remains non-tacky at room temperature, making it perfect for high-speed roll-to-roll coating without the risk of "blocking" or sticking during storage. After thermal activation, it creates a bond with exceptional toughness and optical clarity.
Application:
PET/PVC/PEI film coating, IMD/IML decorative parts, mobile phone internal shielding, and high-temperature industrial labels.
Features:
• Optical Clarity: 93%+ light transmission, non-yellowing.
• Extreme Temperature Resistance: Stable up to 260°C when used with KL-003 crosslinker.
• Efficient Production: Surface dries in 15s at 100°C; supports high-speed coating lines.
• Parameters: Viscosity 500±200cps; Solid Content 32±3%; Appearance: Colorless Transparent.
Packaging:
20kg/drum or 180kg/drum; Custom OEM packaging available.
Notes:
Mix with 5% KL-003 curing agent for maximum performance; store in a cool, ventilated area.

A: You can use Ethyl Acetate or MEK for slight adjustments, but contact us for guidance.
4. Q: Is it resistant to humidity?
A: Yes, after full curing, it passes the 85°C/85% humidity test (Double 85).
