Product Details
① High tear resistance and outstanding tensile strength deliver durable silicone molds resistant to deformation.
② Formulated to be non-oozing, it effectively eliminates oil bleeding issues during resin casting.
③ Ultra-low shrinkage ≤0.1%. Supports repeated demolding and extends mold service life.
④ Hardness, viscosity and pot life of the mold silicone are customizable to satisfy diverse customer demands.
⑤ Superior heat resistance: stable up to 180°C–250°C. With special heat-resistant additives, temperature resistance can reach 300°C, preventing mold scorching induced by exothermic heat during resin curing.
Characteristic

④ Hardness, viscosity and working time are fully customizable to accommodate diverse molding and production demands.
⑤ Features outstanding thermal stability, tolerating continuous temperatures of 180°C–250°C. With specialized heat-resistant additives, the temperature resistance can be upgraded to 300°C, effectively preventing mold scorching caused by resin curing exotherm.
Operation method
Process demonstration for condensation-type silicone, using simply patterned small handicrafts as samples:
① Mix silicone and curing agent at 100:2–2.5, stir evenly.
② Degas the mixed silicone in a vacuum chamber to avoid bubbles and ensure smooth mold surfaces. Without vacuum equipment, bubbles can rise naturally by prolonging curing time, yet the result will not be ideal.
③ Coat the master mold and mold frame with Vaseline. Fix the master in the center, slowly pour degassed silicone into the frame to fully cover the prototype, then leave to cure.
④ Demold after full silicone curing, and trim rough edges of the silicone mold.
⑤ It is recommended to age the silicone mold for 24 hours prior to use to obtain the best molding performance.
