Accurate Weighing: Mix Part A and Part B at exactly 5:1 by weight using an electronic scale — never estimate by volume
Thorough Mixing: Stir for 2-3 minutes until uniformly blended; use a flat mixing tool with resistance, not a round rod
Vacuum Degassing: Degas for 3-5 minutes to remove entrapped air and ensure bubble-free encapsulation
Controlled Pouring: Pour within the 30-40 minute pot life window at 25°C
