Product Overview for silicone potting compound:

3.0 Thermal Conductivity Potting Compound refers to a liquid encapsulating material with a thermal conductivity of (3.0 W/(mcdot K)). It rapidly transfers heat generated by electronic components to a heat sink and is widely utilized in new energy vehicle battery packs, power modules, inverters, and high-density integrated circuits for waterproofing, electrical insulation, and thermal management.

 

 

 

Technical Parameters for silicone potting compound:

 
It exhibits excellent resistance to high and low temperatures (-60°C to +200°C), as well as superior shock resistance and insulation properties; once cured, it forms a soft elastomer. Typically a two-component (A/B) system, it can be cured at room temperature or with heat.
