Fire resistant Fiberglass fabric is made of high quality glass fibers woven into a fireproof texture. It is fireproof, heat resistant. The price of uncoated fiberglass fabric is cheaper and the sealing performance is also worse.Suntex filament fiberglass fabrics with specially formulated silicone rubber coating on one or two sides is a fireproof, waterproof composite material made of asbestos-free. This silicone coating fiberglass fabric has extended life, providing outstanding oil and water resistance, flame retardation, excellent heat resistance, and low smoke. It also has outstanding UV durability, grease, fuel, and chemicals resistant. So it can remain flexible and durable during prolonged use at high temperatures.
1). Good performance on resisting both high temperature and low temperature, (the resistance of lowest temperature: -70℃ to highest temperature: 280℃); good capability on temperature rating.
2). High strength: it is soft and ductile, could be tailored to make desired made to order.
3). Good capability on chemical corrosion resistance, oil-proofing, waterproofing (washable).
4). Heat-aging and chemical-aging resistant, and preventing from ozone, oxygen level, and sunlight.
5). High insulation performance, constant dielectric: 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 20-50kv/mm.
