We use advanced platinum silicone which is even though cost consuming but offers benefits far and above the standard normal food grade peroxide-cured silicone often used. These platinum silicone bowls are exceptionally convenient, being dishwasher safe, microwave and oven safe up to 230°C/ 446°F and freezer safe. They are also easy to hand wash.
