A: Installation is incredibly easy! Simply clean the surface where the pad will be applied (ensure it's dry, smooth, and free of dust/oil/grease). Peel off the protective liner from the adhesive side. Carefully align the pad and press firmly onto the surface, applying pressure for 10-15 seconds to ensure optimal bond strength. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to reach full strength before subjecting to heavy loads.
Q: Will the adhesive damage my equipment or desk?
A: The adhesive is strong and permanent, but is generally non-damaging to clean, smooth surfaces like metal, hard plastic, finished wood, or glass when removed carefully. It is designed to be non-marring. Avoid using on delicate finishes, veneers, fabrics, or untreated wood without testing. Removal may require gentle heat (e.g., hair dryer) and careful scraping. Test adhesion on an inconspicuous area first if unsure.
