High Strength and Lightweight: Using TC4 titanium alloy material, tensile strength exceeds 1100MPa, weight is 40% lighter than traditional steel gears, greatly improving the power density and motion efficiency of robot joints.
High Precision and Low Noise: Adopting dual planetary reduction technology and arc tooth cone gear design, transmission accuracy can reach ±0.1°, operating noise is below 63dB, ensuring smooth and precise operation of robot joints.
Extreme Environment Adaptability: Surface undergoes ultra-low temperature nitriding treatment, can operate stably within a temperature range of -173℃ to 550℃, protection grade reaches IP67, suitable for special environments such as space and flammable/explosive atmospheres.
