This bearing block is manufactured from HT300 high-strength cast iron through integral casting and precision CNC machining. It offers exceptional structural strength with a compressive strength of 300MPa, providing 25% higher anti-deformation capacity than standard cast iron bearing blocks. The unit can stably withstand radial loads up to 20kN and axial loads up to 8kN during high-speed operation.

This bearing block is widely used in rotating machinery applications. In CNC machine tool spindle systems, it ensures stable operation at speeds up to 8000r/min. It supports 15kW-110kW motor transmission equipment and performs reliably in conveying machinery like belt and chain conveyors. The unit is also suitable for construction machinery such as cranes and excavators, as well as drive shaft support in printing and textile machinery.
