Robust Durable Design for Automated Machine Tending Material Handling Assembly Applications
As a technician on the floor, I work with robotic arms and grippers every day. Today, let's talk about a core component we use that's proven incredibly reliable: the Pneumatic Finger Gripper Link. In simple terms, it's the part at the very end of the robot's arm, responsible for directly gripping and manipulating parts—essentially the "hand" of the robot.
This pneumatic finger gripper link is a workhorse on our automated production lines. Driven by compressed air, it's compact and has a very fast response time. We primarily use it to grip various shafts, flanges, and small housing components. Integrated onto 6-axis or SCARA robots, it enables precise machine tending and material handling.

High Repeatability: The dual-side timing belt drive ensures both fingers open and close with high-precision synchronisation. Every grip is in the exact same position, guaranteeing production consistency.
Easy Installation & Maintenance: The body has multiple standard mounting holes, making interface with our existing robot flanges straightforward. The cylinder module is simplified; if we need to replace a seal, it's just a few screws away, minimising downtime.
Strong Compatibility: Through-hole pneumatic ports with standard M5 quick-connect fittings plug directly into our solenoid valve manifolds, making pneumatic connections hassle-free.
