The ONELYE EL-38400S is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade Single Stage Incubator designed for large-scale poultry production. Featuring an 8-trolley configuration and advanced Pneumatic Symmetric Turning, this system provides a highly stable and bio-secure environment. With Pt1000 high-accuracy sensors and intelligent CO2 damper control, it ensures maximum hatchability and superior chick quality for up to 38,400 chicken eggs.
Advanced Sensor Technology: Equipped with New Pt1000 Dry & Wet temperature sensors. Unlike standard sensors, Pt1000 offers laboratory-grade precision and a significantly longer service life, ensuring humidity and temperature are calculated with absolute accuracy.
Intelligent CO2 & Ventilation Management: Integrated CO2 Damper Control System ensures optimal oxygen levels for embryonic development. This technology improves hatching rates while minimizing unnecessary energy loss by only ventilating when biological levels require it.
Dual Cooling System: Features both Automatic Air Cooling and Water Cooling systems to protect the 38,400 eggs from metabolic overheating during the final stages of incubation.
Pneumatic Symmetric Egg Turning: Smoothly tilts eggs 45º every two hours (customizable). The pneumatic system is designed for high-load stability, ensuring consistent turning across all 8 trolleys.
Premium Insulation & Bio-security: Constructed with 48mm Fiberglass panels (XPS foam core) and a Stainless Steel base. The hot-galvanized trolleys and rust-proof panels are designed for aggressive sterilization and long-term durability.
Smart Monitoring: Digital display for temperature, humidity, CO2, and turning frequency. Supports full historical data logging and optional remote wireless control via an office computer.
