The EL-57600 features an integrated Water-Cooling and Air-Cooling hybrid system. This is a critical advantage for industrial hatcheries in hot regions (such as West Africa and Southeast Asia), as it allows for rapid heat dissipation during the late stage of incubation, preventing embryo overheating even when ambient temperatures are high.
Our proprietary Damper Hover Technology works in tandem with high-precision CO2 sensors. The system modulates oxygen intake and exhaust precisely according to the embryo's developmental stage. This not only ensures optimal oxygen levels for better hatching results but also significantly reduces unnecessary energy loss.
The cabinet is constructed from 75mm high-density fiberglass sandwich panels. These panels are anti-bacterial, anti-corrosive, and fire-retardant, offering 10+ years of durability. The single-stage operation allows for thorough high-pressure disinfection between batches, fundamentally solving the problem of cross-contamination.
