The ELT-30000S is a 30000 egg single stage incubator with a 7 inch touch screen that makes day to day operation simple. A new worker can set temperature, humidity, turning interval and alarm limits in a few minutes, which reduces training cost and human error.
Many hatchery machines are hard to operate. Settings hide behind button combinations, the manual is confusing, and only one experienced person knows how to run the machine. When that person is absent the batch is at risk, and simple tasks such as changing the turning time become a full day of calls.
The cause is an old control design with a small display and no clear menu. Parameters are locked, alarms are only a beep with no message, and there is no record of what happened, so operators cannot learn from the machine.
The ELT-30000S uses a clear touch screen with large icons and plain language. One screen shows the live temperature, humidity, turning status and door state. You can copy a saved recipe to a new batch with one touch, and the controller stores an alarm and event log so problems are easy to trace. English, Spanish and Chinese menus are available.
Suitable for chicken, duck, goose and quail eggs. Used by commercial hatcheries, cooperatives and farms that employ seasonal or new operators.
The touch screen sends the target curve to the main controller. The controller reads the sensors and drives the heater, damper and humidifier to follow the curve. Turning runs on a timer and can be paused when the door opens. Any out of range value triggers a light and sound alarm with a message on the screen.
If your team changes often or you run several machines, choose a model with a simple touch screen and saved recipes. Check that alarms show a clear message and that the menu is available in your language.
