The ELT-57600S is a 57600 egg single stage incubator for large farms that must cope with two problems at once: an unstable or multi voltage power supply, and a hot, dusty working environment. It handles both with a wide range power module and a durable cabinet.
On many large farms the grid is weak and the voltage swings, so a machine built for one voltage runs hot or weak and fails early. At the same time, dust and heat shorten the life of fans and heaters. The combination means frequent breakdowns during a set.
A single voltage design cannot cope when the supply changes. Light duty fans seize in dust, and thin painted panels rust, so the cabinet loses its seal and temperature control drifts.
The ELT-57600S uses a wide range power module that accepts 220V, 110V and 380V, so it keeps working when the supply changes. electric heating stays stable and resists ageing. A galvanized, painted cabinet with sealed doors and replaceable dust filters keeps dust and moisture out, and industrial fans with long life bearings reduce breakdowns.
Made for large farms and hatcheries in regions with unstable power and hard conditions. Suits chicken, duck, goose and quail eggs by tray change.
The wide range module converts the incoming supply to what the heater and fans need. The controller holds the temperature and humidity curve, filtered air is mixed by industrial fans, and the sealed cabinet keeps the inside climate stable. Any drift triggers a light and sound alarm.
