The ELT-60000S is the flagship 60000 egg single stage incubator. It controls temperature, humidity, ventilation, egg turning and alarms automatically, and includes a backup emergency system, so an industrial hatchery can run large batches with a small team and still protect the set.
At industrial scale, a single set contains tens of thousands of eggs and a lot of money. Manual checks cannot keep up, and a short power or control fault can destroy the whole batch. Managers need a machine that controls itself and warns them before a small problem becomes a total loss.
Manual machines depend on the operator to watch temperature, humidity and ventilation. When no one is on site at night, drift goes unseen. A single controller with no backup is a single point of failure for the entire batch.
The ELT-60000S runs a full automatic control loop for temperature, humidity, the fresh air damper, the cooling system and egg turning. A backup emergency system takes over if the main controller fails, so the set is protected. The wide range power module accepts 220V, 110V and 380V, and the controller logs alarms so managers can review every event.
Built for industrial hatcheries and large breeding companies. Suits chicken, duck, goose and quail eggs by tray change.
Eggs load on 12 trolleys of trays. The controller follows the set temperature and humidity curve and drives the electric heaters, damper, humidifier and cooling system automatically. The turning motor tilts the trays to 45 degrees every two hours. If the main controller fails, the backup system keeps the batch alive until service.
