Descriptions:
The PVC-coated stainless steel cable ties, also known as plastic-coated stainless steel cable ties, are industrial or non-industrial fasteners with a plastic coating on the surface of metal cable ties. This design combines the strength and corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the insulation, protection, and anti-slip properties of plastic, making it particularly suitable for use in harsh environments or where direct metal contact needs to be avoided. PVC-coated stainless steel cable ties are primarily used in transportation infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, energy facilities, shipbuilding, and marine engineering for fixing, bundling, and securing cables, pipes, equipment, and signage. They are particularly suitable for environments requiring corrosion resistance, insulation, and high strength.
About these items:
(1) Corrosion resistance: the internal structure uses 304 or 316 stainless steel, providing excellent strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for marine, humid, and high-temperature environments.
(2) Insulation and protection: the outer plastic coating is flame-retardant and insulating, while preventing direct contact between the stainless steel and the bundled cables or pipes, thus avoiding damage.
(3) Compared to epoxy-coated stainless steel cable ties, PVC-coated cable ties are thicker and softer.
