Product Description
The centrifugal concentrator is a gravity separation equipment mainly used in gold mines. The centrifuge machine is a centrifugal mining equipment suitable for recovering placer gold, rock gold and alluvial gold in polymetallic ores. It is the most ideal choice for gold laundering. The centrifugal concentrator equipment uses centrifugal force to expand the gravity of mineral particles to separate heavy particles from light particles.
The centrifuge concentrator STLB100 can be connected to the mobile gold trommel screen to screen more fine gold. The centrifuge concentrator needs to be equipped with a clean water centrifugal pump to prevent clogging of the inner cavity of the centrifuge.
Model of STLB100 Centrifugal Machine Working Principle
The centrifuge is driven by a motor to rotate at high speed and is surrounded by pressurized backwash water. The material is injected from the upper end of the enrichment cone. There are grooves formed by rows of ribs inside the enrichment cone. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the vertebral body throws the minerals toward the grooves, but due to the effect of the recoil water sprayed outward in the groove, only the heavy mineral particles can overcome the resistance of the recoil water and stay in the groove to form concentrate, while the light mineral particles will be The centrifugal force is small and it is difficult to overcome the effect of the backwash water. The backwash water will flush out the groove and overflow from the upper end of the enrichment cone driven by the continuously injected water flow to become tailings.
