Product Description
Our equipment is called gold mobile trommel screen, which is used to collect gold from placer gold and alluvial gold. Its
advantages are flexible movement, simple operation, high efficiency, and obvious gold selection effect.

Mobile 100 tons per hour gold washing plant is composed of feeding hopper, screen drum, gold chute, wheels. It overcomes the problem of screen blocking of various vibrating screens when screening wet materials. Increased production and reliability of the screening system. The maximum product under the sieve is 100mm, the middle is 10-50mm, and the finest is up to 3mm. The product is well received by the vast majority of customers at home and abroad.
Due to the large processing capacity of this equipment, it is additionally equipped with a manual operation table to facilitate the observation of material processing.

Working Principle
1. Raw material feeding
The raw material input through the hopper inlet is pushed into the screen drum by the powerful
water pressure of the nozzle loaded in the hopper.
2. Washing
The screen barrel has a built-in galvanized seamless water spray pipe (diameter 42mm), and the raw materials are washed by water and selected through the gold panning tank through the rotation of the trommel screen.
3. Fine gold collection
Light dirt and sand are washed away by the water, and heavier gold will gather in the gold panning grass.
Double Screen 
The drum part is made of round steel and manganese wire, and has three discharge ports, which can screen materials of three
different specifications;
In addition, the screen can be designed with two different sizes of apertures, which greatly improves the screening efficiency of
materials and reduces working time. The maximum product under the screen is 100mm, the middle is 10-50mm, and the thinnest can be up to 3mm.
