Product Description
The gold mobile tormmel screen 1020 is mainly used in dry land and beaches.GMTS1020 is a gravity processing equipment suitable for placer gold and alluvial gold. it can be easily movable on land, it has a compact structure, strong integrity, light weight, large handling capacity, simple operation, reliable work, and easy maintenance, easy to move and so on.GMTS1020 can choose HONDA gasoline engine, diesel engine or electric motor. The length of our trommel screen is 2000mm, the diameter of drum is 1000mm.
Work Principle
The drum screen mainly consists of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, and inlet and outlet.The material first passes through the grille to filter out large pieces of material, and then passes through the bin and enters the screen cylinder. At this time, the high-pressure water in the water pipe cleans the material. At the same time, the motor drives the screen cylinder to rotate through the chain, and the material particles in the screen cylinder follow. The screen drum rotates to a certain height and is thrown down by gravity. It is filtered through the screen while cleaning, forming cleaning and screening.
The water pipes are distributed on the outside, which can better enter and exit the materials and flush the materials in the barrel to prevent clogging. The water pipes are galvanized seamless pipes, which can solve the problem of non-durable water pipes and greatly improve the service life.The front end of the trommel screen contains a mud stirring section, which can improve the recovery rate of gold.
Trommel Screen
The screen adopts high manganese steel woven screen, which has high efficiency and long service life.The screen is divided into two parts, the first half is smaller than 5mm, and the second half is larger than 5mm. The cylinder has a double-layer structure,and the inner layer is connected to the outer screen by a round steel screen bar structure, which helps prevent direct impact of large materials. The screen greatly extends the service life of the outer screen and improves the screening efficiency of the outer screen.
