The coal briquette machine specialize in pressing various powder material like coal, coke and semi-coke, charcoal and other powder material to briquettes. Due to souble rollers forced squeezing, the discharged briquettes have features of high density,high strength and high hardness. Roller material adopts 65Mn and wear-resistant alloy material (patent technology). This alloy roller is processed through special hard-[acked casting technique, exclusively. Only by this material can solve the key problem of roller not wearable all the time and make it's lifetime extend 3-4 times. Our technical workers have mastered lots of practical experience research, study and numberous testing. they are very happy to instruct you right models to meet production line according to different materials.
Coal briquette machine working principle
By belts,to gear reducer,gear reducer through coupling,to drive shaft by a pair of open gear again,ensure that two roller synchronous(constant speed reverse)material storage bin by quatitative machine into the hopper evenly,units of the molding pressure maximum,material after the line,the molding pressure decrease quickly to take off the material into the ball state,to take off the ball.
briquette machine briquettes making process can be devided into the following steps: Feeding-- crushing---- mixing------ ball pressing------ drying------final product.
Packing Details : All products will be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery.
20GP container or 40GP container
Equipment is packed with plastic wrap or steel case, depends on machine weight.
Motro is packed with steel case or wooden case. Control panel is packed with steel case.
Loading container in factory.
Delivery Details : 15-25 days after confirming order,detail delivery date should be decided according to
production season and order quantity.

A: For a small single machine, we offer you user manual, the user will install and commissioning following operating introduction. A complete production line, we will send our engineer to workplace to help with install and commissioning untill machines work normally.
