The Air Shower Corridor is the most extensive form of cleanroom entry purification — an extended, multi-zone walk-through passage designed for very large-scale industrial facilities where entire teams of personnel must enter clean zones continuously across shifts. Personnel walk through the full length of the corridor while multi-zone banks of high-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets purify them from all directions — delivering thorough, continuous purification with zero queuing, even at the highest personnel throughput.
Extended Multi-Zone Purification Passage
The corridor spans a much longer distance than standard air showers or short tunnels, with multiple sequential blow zones — personnel are purified progressively across the full passage length for the most thorough contamination removal.

Designed for facilities with very high personnel volumes — the continuous walk-through design allows entire teams to pass in flowing succession without queues or dwell times, ideal for shift changes in large plants.
Multi-Directional & Multi-Zone Air Jets
Banks of HEPA-filtered high-velocity jets are arranged along walls, ceiling, and both sides at each zone — covering the entire body surface from all directions throughout the walk.
High-Efficiency HEPA Filtration
Equipped with HEPA filters (typically H13/H14 class) capturing 99.99% of particles at 0.3 microns — ensuring every air jet is scrupulously clean.
Segmented Airflow Control — Energy Optimized
The corridor can be divided into independently controlled segments — airflow activates zone-by-zone as personnel pass — optimizing energy consumption while maintaining continuous purification.
Entry and exit doors (or curtains) are interlocked with the airflow system — maintaining the cleanroom's pressure integrity while personnel pass through.
