Transfer Small Items, Minimize Contamination: Transmission Windows
The Transmission Window (Pass Box) is an auxiliary device of cleanrooms, primarily used to transfer small items between clean-to-clean zones and non-clean-to-clean zones — reducing the number of cleanroom door openings and minimizing contamination of the clean zone. Manufactured from stainless steel plate with a flat, smooth finish, the pass box features double doors that are interlocked with each other to effectively prevent cross-contamination, fitted with electronic or mechanical interlock devices and a UV sterilization lamp. It is widely applied in micro-technology, biological laboratories, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, food processing, LCD, electronics factories, and all places requiring air purification.
Purpose-built to transfer small items between clean-to-clean and non-clean-to-clean zones — reducing the number of cleanroom door openings and thereby minimizing contamination of the clean zone to the greatest extent.
Stainless Steel Construction — Flat & Smooth
Manufactured from stainless steel plate with a flat, smooth finish — no crevices, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and fully compliant with GMP hygiene requirements.
The double doors are interlocked with each other — when one door opens, the other remains locked — physically preventing cross-contamination between zones.

Equipped with electronic or mechanical interlock devices as specified — providing reliable, tamper-proof interlocking that matches the facility's automation level.
UV Sterilization Lamp
A UV sterilization lamp is configured inside the chamber — disinfecting the surface of materials during transfer and supporting the cleanliness of the receiving zone.
