The aluminum honeycomb hexagonal structure distributes loads evenly; the flatwise compressive strength is ≥ 0.8 MPa, and the flexural rigidity surpasses that of most lightweight sandwich panels.
30-Minute Fire Resistance
The aluminum core material is inherently non-combustible; through composite design and surface protection, the system provides 30 minutes of fire integrity (upgradeable to over 60 minutes upon request).
High Flatness and Structural Integrity
Precision manufacturing ensures surface flatness with a deviation of ≤ 0.5 mm/m; edges are square and joints are tight, resulting in a sleek, high-end appearance after installation.
Lightweight and Easy to Install
Approximately 35% lighter than traditional rock wool panels of the same thickness, facilitating transport and installation—ideal for large-format panels, high-rise buildings, and steel structure projects.
Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
Honeycomb cavities can be filled with thermal insulation or sound-absorbing materials to enhance overall thermal and acoustic performance.
