This product is a highly efficient and economical industrial enclosure solution, manufactured through an automated production line. The panels use 0.476mm thick high-quality coated steel sheets as the surface layer, filled with polystyrene (EPS) core material. The standard thickness is 50mm (customizable). It combines excellent thermal insulation performance, structural strength, and economy, and is widely applicable to wall, ceiling, and door systems in various cleanrooms and functional buildings.
Economical and practical, with outstanding cost-effectiveness
Material and construction costs are significantly lower than similar sandwich panels, making it one of the most common enclosure materials for cleanroom construction in China.
Highly efficient insulation and stable moisture resistance
The EPS closed-cell structure has excellent characteristics, with a thermal conductivity of approximately 0.032–0.038 W/(m·K), providing good insulation. The core material itself does not absorb water, ensuring reliable moisture resistance over long-term use, making it suitable for most normal temperature and humidity environments.
Lightweight and high-strength, easy to install
Lightweight and with moderate strength, it meets the load-bearing requirements of conventional wall and ceiling systems. Factory prefabrication and on-site assembly result in high installation efficiency and controllable construction time.
Flexible application and wide adaptability
It can be matched with various edge finishing designs and door and window systems, supports on-site opening and pipeline installation, and adapts to various functional space layout needs.
