This product uses a new type of real gold board (thermosetting composite polystyrene foam) as the high-performance fireproof core material, combined with double-sided galvanized or color-coated steel sheets. It is precisely composited and formed through a continuous production line, making it a high-end building material that integrates permanent fire resistance, lightweight and high strength, and weather resistance.
1. High-Quality, Superior Fire Resistance
The core material undergoes modification to form a thermosetting cross-linked structure, creating a dense char layer during combustion, achieving "permanent non-combustibility."
It meets A1 fire resistance and AQ2 low-smoke, non-toxic standards, surpassing traditional EPS/XPS sandwich panels.
It does not drip or spread when exposed to fire, providing crucial time for evacuation and property protection.
2. Stable Structure, Durable Weather Resistance
The panels do not crack, deform, or powder within an extreme temperature range of -40℃ to +120℃.
It exhibits excellent anti-aging properties, maintaining high strength and flatness even after long-term use.
It is resistant to damp heat and freeze-thaw cycles, making it suitable for harsh climates and environments with alternating high and low temperatures.
3. Lightweight and High-Strength, Energy-Saving and Environmentally Friendly
Weighing only about 60% of traditional rock wool boards, significantly reducing structural load and transportation costs.
Low thermal conductivity (λ≤0.032W/(m·K)), outstanding thermal insulation performance, contributing to building energy conservation.
Core material is CFCs/HCFCs-free, green and environmentally friendly, and sustainable.
