Description:
This batch type resistance furnace is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 2200 degree Celsius and adopts a one to one cabinet furnace configuration. It works on 380V three phase power supply with thyristor based regulation.
The combination of resistance heating and an airtight vacuum enclosure maintains even temperature distribution across the chamber and achieves a final vacuum level down to 20 Pa.
Engineered for heavy duty industrial use the unit features a rugged mechanical construction together with intelligent temperature management allowing operators to adjust holding time precisely.
As a result workpieces receive consistent and uniform heating which is essential for treating high performance materials.
The equipment is equipped with a convenient control interface and built in protective measures such as vacuum leakage detection making it well suited for both laboratory research work and industrial scale manufacturing operations.
