High Temp Percision Pressure Control Hot Press Furnace for Silicon Carbide 

Description:                                                                                                                         

  • This equipment is a vacuum hot pressing system adopting batch type resistance heating mode which is specially developed for densifying diamond copper composite parts through high temperature and pressure treatment.
  • With the combination of inert gas shielding and tightly sealed vacuum chamber the furnace maintains steady elevated temperature working conditions effectively lowering the chance of oxidation on composite workpieces and delivering repeatable product quality.
  • The machine features a solid heavy duty frame and is integrated with an intelligent PLC based temperature controller. It permits flexible setting of ramp up speed soak time and cooling profile thus workpieces are heated evenly with reduced temperature difference during the pressing process.
  • A wide range of chamber size choices are provided to cover both laboratory scale testing and pilot level manufacturing. Besides diamond copper composite the unit can also be applied to various powder metallurgy and ceramic composite densification jobs across different research and manufacturing needs.
    Fitted with an easy to use human machine interface the furnace comes with complete protective functions such as overheat alarm and vacuum leak detection making it suitable for use in materials research laboratories as well as industrial production plants.

  • Ceramic Materials Boron carbide powder, silicon carbide powder, alumina  powder, silicon nitride powder, and other advanced ceramic components.
