PLC Contronl High Temp Sintering Furnace for Boron Carbide
Description:
This furnace is a batch type vacuum sintering system working up to 2500 degree Celsius. It relies on induction heating principle and is equipped with IGBT power regulation unit which contributes to remarkable reduction of power consumption while maintaining high processing efficiency.
The machine combines electric induction heating technology with a tightly sealed vacuum enclosure. Under such a stable high temperature environment the equipment can fully satisfy rigorous sintering requirements of demanding high performance materials.
Constructed for long service life in industrial environment the furnace adopts a rugged frame together with an intelligent temperature management system. Operators can finely adjust heating speed holding duration and cooling phase so that workpieces receive even and consistent heating throughout the whole cycle.
Both mass production and small quantity trials can be arranged on this unit. It is capable of treating various products such as boron carbide plates advanced ceramic components and alloy workpieces. With its convenient control interface plus protective features including over temperature alarm and vacuum leakage monitoring the equipment fits well into laboratory research and factory manufacturing settings..
