Designed for continuous industrial thermal processing of rare earth oxide ceramics, this custom vacuum resistance furnace reaches up to 2200°C with efficient resistance heating and sealed vacuum chamber, ultimate vacuum 20Pa. Powered by 380V three-phase supply and thyristor regulator, it delivers stable temperature output during long-cycle production runs.
Built with robust heavy-duty industrial frame to withstand prolonged cyclic operation. Its smart temperature controller precisely adjusts heating ramp rates and holding periods, ensuring uniform thermal treatment across large batches. This effectively lowers product inconsistency and improves yield for advanced high-performance materials.
Equipped with comprehensive automatic safety interlocks: vacuum leakage monitoring, over-temperature cutoff and power failure protection. Featuring user-friendly operation interface to cut manual workload and operational hazards. Suitable for bulk production of PI film, radiation shielding materials, rare earth oxides and various ceramic components.
