Design Standard
The gas pressure sintering furnace is a single-chamber, double-door horizontal, cyclic heating structure designed for easy loading and unloading and maintenance. The whole process is controlled automatically with safety interlock. Full load continuous operation is realized with its maximum ability of 300 furnace times/year or 300 working days/year.
Adopting graphite element resistance heating (low voltage, high current) with multiple heating units, each unit of temperature is individually controlled ; The whole process is controlled by computer automation, monitoring, tracking, fault self-diagnosis simulation display and record.
The process is controlled by PLC and industrial control machine (IPC) to realize the one-key start-up of the whole process, real-time dynamic monitoring, temperature, pressure, vacuum and other parameters saving and reliable alarm interlock.
Main Function Description
Automatic positive and negative pressure leak detection before starting the furnace
Leak detection is divided into 3 stages: furnace body positive pressure leak detection, dewaxing system positive pressure leak detection and furnace body negative pressure leak detection.
1.The furnace body positive pressure leak detection, low pressure argon gas is filled into the furnace body through the bus bar, the furnace pressure is detected by the relative pressure transmitter in the furnace, and the user can set the upper pressure limit and the lower pressure limit (in mbar).
2.The furnace body goes through negative pressure leakage detection by vacuuming the furnace body through the pump set. The user can set the upper limit and lower limit for the vacuum value(unit: Pa).
3.Positive pressure leak detection of dewaxing system, low pressure nitrogen is charged into the dewaxing tank through the manifold, the pressure in the tank is detected by the relative pressure transmitter of the dewaxing system, and the user can set the upper and lower pressure limits (in mbar).
