The double-chamber horizontal zinc melting furnace recycles cemented carbide via the zinc molten separation process. Designed as a dual-chamber horizontal vacuum furnace, it adopts semi-automatic plus manual hybrid control to realize integrated management while retaining flexible operational mobility. The whole machine features modular construction for convenient upgrade and modification. Equipped with an integrated rapid cooling unit, the full-load cooling cycle ranges from 12 to 14 hours, greatly shortening cooling duration.

Designed for cemented carbide recycling via zinc melting process, this furnace realizes two purification routes: physical separation and chemical purification.Physical purification: Metallic zinc condenses and precipitates into zinc ingots together with tungsten-cobalt mixed powder, and recovered zinc can be recycled repeatedly for batch production.Chemical purification: Adopting acid pickling process to produce pure tungsten powder and cobalt powder, achieving complete separation of individual tungsten and cobalt elements.
