Introduction:
This vertical batch-type vacuum hot press furnace is an integrated high-end thermal processing system developed and manufactured by RUIDEER. It combines vacuum processing, hot pressing forming and high-temperature sintering within one single unit. Capable of running under vacuum or inert protective atmosphere (Nitrogen / Argon, slight positive pressure), it is engineered to fabricate high-density disc, block, cylindrical specimens, as well as complex-shaped hot-pressed workpieces with custom forming moulds.
Different from conventional single-ram hot press equipment, this furnace is equipped with two independently movable pressing rams. Users can flexibly combine pressurization modes to match diversified material processes, bringing great process flexibility for advanced material R&D and mass production.
