The Cookware Handle Fatigue Resistance Tester is a precision testing system designed in full compliance with EN 12983-1:2023 Clause 7.10 and Annex E, as well as ES 573:2021 requirements.
This advanced cookware testing equipment is specifically developed to evaluate the fatigue strength, durability, and fixing reliability of cookware handles under repeated load conditions. It ensures that handle assemblies can withstand 15,000 fatigue cycles without permanent deformation, loosening of the handle, or structural failure.
Widely used in cookware manufacturing, quality inspection labs, and certification bodies, this system helps guarantee product safety and compliance with international standards.
The system applies cyclic loading to the cookware handle through an eccentric cam mechanism, simulating repeated lifting actions.
During the test, the cookware is mounted on a fixture and a defined load is applied via calibrated weights. The handle undergoes continuous fatigue cycles to evaluate whether it maintains structural integrity, secure fastening, and functional safety.
