The Electric Blanket Withstand Voltage Testing Equipment is specially designed for dielectric strength and high voltage safety testing of flexible heating appliances before shipment. The equipment complies with the requirements of International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60335-2-17 Chapter 13 and UL964-2000 standards, ensuring reliable product safety verification for electric heating products.
This high voltage test system is widely used by electric blanket manufacturers, quality inspection laboratories, certification bodies, and appliance testing centers for routine production inspection and compliance testing.
The equipment adopts a pneumatic lifting and clamping structure with automatic opening and closing action, providing stable testing performance, convenient sample installation, and high operational efficiency.
The equipment uses a single-sided lifting workbench structure driven by a pneumatic cylinder system. During testing, the upper platform automatically opens and closes to apply pressure to the sample while performing the withstand voltage test.
Upper and lower insulated worktables are equipped with conductive metal surfaces for dielectric strength testing. The sample power supply connects to the high-voltage terminal while the table surface acts as the lower electrode.
