This specialized testing machine is designed for conducting bending mechanical strength tests on finished flexible cables according to international standards.
Suitable for finished flexible cables including TUV, VDE, UL and other highly flexible cables. Not applicable to cables with more than two concentric layers whose nominal conductor cross-section exceeds 18 cores.
A 5m long sample moves back and forth within a 1m stroke through a pair of pulleys to achieve the bending test of wires and cables. By switching the two- and three-wheel clamps and adjusting the running speed, both two-wheel and three-wheel bending tests can be performed.
