The Sinuo SN4419 IPX1-IPX6 Waterproof Test Chamber is an integrated water ingress testing system developed for evaluating the protection provided by electrical and electronic product enclosures against different levels of water exposure.
Designed around the testing requirements of IEC 60529, the system combines dripping, oscillating spray, water spray and powerful water jet testing in one platform, covering IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5 and IPX6 test conditions.
With a 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm test chamber, programmable test duration, motorized turntable and dedicated IPX1-IPX6 test accessories, this waterproof test chamber is suitable for R&D laboratories, quality inspection departments, certification laboratories and production-line validation.
It can be used for testing electrical enclosures, household appliances, lighting products, automotive electrical components, outdoor equipment, connectors, control boxes and other products requiring IP protection verification.
Instead of purchasing separate equipment for different water ingress levels, the SN4419 combines multiple test methods into one integrated platform.
The system is configured with dedicated water delivery components for different IP protection levels, including drip plates, oscillating tubes, spray nozzles, and jet nozzles.
The integrated Ø 400 mm turntable supports a maximum sample load of 10 kg and operates at an adjustable speed of 1-5 rpm.
The turntable can operate in continuous forward rotation or alternate forward/reverse rotation, reducing cable twisting during powered testing.
A 7-inch touchscreen and PLC control system provide a straightforward interface for setting and monitoring the test process.
Test duration can be programmed from 0-999 minutes with industrial-grade electrical components for reliable laboratory operation.
A waterproof electrical socket is installed inside the test chamber, allowing the customer to power the test specimen during water ingress testing when required by the applicable test procedure.
