The SNM03 Foot Switch Fatigue & Durability Testing Machine is designed for mechanical durability, repeated-operation and mechanical strength evaluation of foot switches used with medical electrical equipment.
Designed around the requirements of IEC 60601-2-52, this medical device testing system provides programmable force, stroke, dwell time, test speed and cycle count, allowing laboratories and manufacturers to perform repeatable automated endurance testing.
The system uses a servo motor and precision reducer to generate controlled reciprocating movement. A PLC-based control system and color touch-screen interface allow test parameters to be configured directly, while the equipment automatically stops when the preset number of cycles is completed.
With two independent test stations, the SNM03 can improve laboratory testing efficiency while maintaining consistent test conditions.
The system is suitable for medical device manufacturers, R&D laboratories, compliance laboratories, certification organizations and quality-control departments conducting IEC 60601 series testing.

The SNM03 incorporates two test stations, allowing two specimens to be tested simultaneously. This configuration is suitable for laboratories that need to improve testing throughput without significantly increasing equipment footprint.
A servo motor combined with a precision reducer provides controlled and repeatable test movement. The test stroke and speed can be programmed according to the required test procedure.
The applied force can be set from 0 to 1500 N, with a resolution of 0.1 N and an accuracy of ± 1%, providing controlled loading during repeated foot-switch operation tests.
The system supports a programmable test frequency from 0 to 999,999 cycles, making it suitable for long-duration mechanical endurance and fatigue testing.
The PLC intelligent control system integrates parameter setting, operation control and test monitoring through a color human-machine interface.
After the required force, stroke, dwell time, speed and cycle count are programmed, the system automatically performs the test and stops after reaching the preset number of cycles.
The equipment supports force-value setting and display and can generate a force-time curve, providing useful information for evaluating the consistency of the test process.

The foot switch specimen is mechanically secured to the designated test fixture before testing.
The operator can configure the required test force, stroke, movement speed, dwell time and number of cycles through the touch-screen control interface.
Once the test starts, the servo-driven mechanism repeatedly actuates the foot switch under controlled conditions. The PLC system continuously manages the programmed test sequence.
When the preset number of cycles is reached, the equipment automatically stops, helping reduce operator intervention during long-duration endurance testing.
