Application:
It is used to detect whether the automatic cord reels shall be constructed so that they do not cause:
-undue abrasion or damage to the sheath of the flexible cord;
-breakage of conductor strands;
-undue wear of contacts.
Test Principle:
The large-stroke cylinder is used to pull the flexible cord out of the automatic reel mechanism to a certain length and in a direction, and then the cylinder is retracted, the flexible cord is unreeled by the automatic cord reel, this procedure is reciprocated until the preset test times are completed.
Structure:
Adopts multi-functional fixture and large work surface, the test speed (5-30 times / minute) is adjustable, which suitable for most of the electrical appliances with automatic cord reels.
