Specimen and limitations: Insulating sleeve for plug pin.
Test purpose: Suitable for testing the wear resistance of plug insulation sleeves
Test principle: The motor drives the eccentric mechanism to achieve reciprocating scraping of the latch sheath.
Structure:
It consists of a horizontally placed crossbeam and a linearly moving clamp base. The end of the crossbeam is equipped with a U-shaped head bent from a short steel wire with a diameter of 1mm (two points of the U-shape are vertically fixed on the crossbeam). The bottom edge of the U-shaped steel wire is 6mm straight working part. The 6mm straight bottom edge of the U-shaped steel wire is pressed on the latch insulation sleeve, and the motor drives the fixture seat equipped with the latch to reciprocate back and forth, so that the steel wire rubs against the latch insulation sample for testing.
