Do I need white ink and varnish ink?
White ink enables printing on virtually any media by serving as a primer for non-white materials and generating high-quality graphics. Varnish enhances print brightness and extends UV ink fade resistance.
What materials can UV flatbed printers print on?
All flatbed media including PP/PVC boards, KT boards, acrylic, plexiglass, metal, tiles, phone cases, wood boards, rigid identification boards, hard cardboard, corrugated boxes, glass, and furniture. UV printing eliminates coating requirements and prevents fading and blistering.
Which languages does the RIP installation interface support?
Korean, German, French, Finnish, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
How is the after-sales service?
Our experienced technical team provides comprehensive support, including operational training until full proficiency is achieved. International technical assistance and on-site machine testing and repair services are available.
Regarding printer maintenance
We recommend daily ink purging when starting the printer. For extended non-use periods exceeding 10 days, clean the print head with cleaning fluid and maintain nozzle moisture.
