1.Why Do You Need Ultrasonic Bath For Saw Blade.
As we know saw will be full of contaminant which will affect sharpness of sawing. So it need to be cleaned usually.

2.How Ultrasonic Bath Work
An electronic transducer, similar to those found in stereo speakers and amplifiers, is attached to a vibration-resistant metal tank. When the user fills the tank with water and cleaning solution, the transducer produces high-frequency sound waves that agitate the water, forming millions of microscopic bubbles. These bubbles reach into the narrow crevices and tiny holes that hand-cleaning methods can't touch. When the bubbles implode (a process called "cavitation"), they loosen and carry off the contaminating particles.
3.How to Clean Saw Blade WIth Ultrasonic Cleaner
(1) Pour water into cleaning tank below max line and add some cleaning detail care solution.(Enviromentally)
(2) Turn on heating function to 40~50C.
(3)Hang Up Your Saw Blade with a rod or put it special basket.
(4)Set cleaning time you need.It depends on how dirty your saw blade is.
(5)Let ultrasonic cleaner work until time is end.
(6)Put out your saw blade and dry it with air compressor or soft cloth.
(7)Turn off all function and button if you are done cleaning.
(8) Draining all water out of cleaning tank and dry the tank.
