Plastic Mold Cleaning Procedure
Fill the tank with appropriate cleaning chemistry and activate heating
Ensure the plastic mold is fully submerged without air pockets
Activate ultrasonic energy by turning the system on
Remove cleaned mold when cycle completes and ensure complete drainage
Thoroughly rinse all surfaces with clean water
Dry using evaporation, air-drying, or forced hot air methods
