For superior cleaning precision, the optional filtration and recycling system reduces energy consumption and water usage. This system is suitable for single tanks, multiple tanks, semi-automatic, and fully automatic cleaning equipment.
Ultrasonic Tank and Filter System Details
The storage tank includes rough filtration capabilities alongside liquid storage. It features floating oil isolation, scraping and sediment systems, and filter screens to ensure continuous pump operation and enhanced liquid efficiency. Liquid switches prevent pump operation during fluid deficiency, enabling timely fluid infusion.
Three-Stage Filtration Process:
First stage: Overflow liquid from cleaning tank undergoes rough filtration through filter screens
Second stage: Filtered liquid subsides with floating oil insulation and filtration in storage tank
Third stage: Filtered liquid is pumped to SUS filter from tank
Filter precision: 50μ (adjustable)
System Functions
JP-XXG series single tank ultrasonic cleaner equipment includes replaceable transducer boxes and generators, with optional oil filtration systems. Transducer boxes and generators can be built-in or separate, working together to operate ultrasonic cleaning processes with various mounting options (side or bottom mounted). The number and placement of transducers are selected for maximum cleaning efficiency in any parts cleaning application. Custom tank dimensions and transducer box specifications are available. Stainless steel baskets are optional accessories.
