The Skymen ultrasonic part cleaning machine allows most filter sizes to be cleaned easily and efficiently, restoring your filters to increase their lifespan and reduce operational costs.
How Ultrasonic Cleaning Works
Electrical energy is converted into mechanical vibrations through specialized transducers. These vibrations are transferred into the cleaning fluid through stainless steel walls, creating microscopic vacuum bubbles that cause consecutive implosions (cavitation). The resulting high-energy jets efficiently remove dirt from surfaces and materials placed in the cleaning bath.

Industrial High Sonic Power Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
Our single tank with filter ultrasonic cleaner equipment system includes replaceable transducer box and generator. The transducer box and generator can be both build-in or separate but work together to operate the ultrasonic cleaning process. Transducer boxes can be immersible mounted in the fluid tank, placed on one side, both sides, or bottom mounted inside the tank. The number and placement of transducers is selected to deliver maximum results in any parts cleaning tank with any cleaning load. Custom specifications for tank dimensions and transducer boxes are available. Both mold and parts cleaning applications achieve perfect cleaning efficiency. Stainless steel basket is optional.
