Production Process

Our zirconia Insert  is made of the high purity of e-fuzed zirconia grain and powder, stabilizer, bonding agent, through the world advanced full automatic system fully mixing, drying, inspecting, pressing, inspecting, sintering, Inspecting,Polishing Inspecting, etc. series complex process, then packed into the fumigation wooden box with the client's information printed well, deliver to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.

The Bonding way is curving the zirconia slide gate plate  into the alumina-c or magnesia-c, etc. various materials body by the refractory mortar.

E-Fuzed Zirconia Material Performance:

The stable zirconia of industrial refractories is mostly prepared by electromelting method. The stable zirconia can be prepared by adding carbon and stabilizer calcium oxide to the zircon electrofusion process. While removing silicon, the solid solution is formed by the interaction of zirconia and calcium oxide. The stable zirconia can be prepared by grinding and granulating. Partially stabilized zirconia has high strength and thermal shock resistance, and is widely used in refractories.
