Products Features:
Comparing the Al2O3-C, Al2O3-MgO-C,MgO-C, MgO-Spinel etc. materials nozzles, our embedded 4.2g/cm3 density of the zircon quality nozzle as flow controlling refractory in the ladle and tundish widely used in the small and medium types of steel plant. It has the better quality quality, and longer working life than the one of the 75% Zircon nozzle. , comparing to the Al2O3-C material nozzle, it has the lower purchased cost, and comparingly the better quality of the 75% zircon nozzle insert.
Production Process
Our 4.2g/cm3 density of the zircon nozzle as flow control refractory is made of the high quality of e-fuzed magnesia and zirconia grain and sand, bonding agent, through the the automatic system mixing, drying, pressing, inspecting, sintering, etc. series system process, then pack into the carton, and wooden box with the desired shipping mark sticked, then deliver to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.
Inspection times in production process
1.After Mixing, inspect the water content of material,
2.After pressing, inspect the size,missing angle, etc. of semi-finished products
3.After sintering, inspect the size, missing angle, cave, etc. of finished products
4.Before packing, inspect the size, missing angle, cave,of the finished prodcuts again.
