Our zirconia slide gate plate Insert is made of the high purity of e-fuzed zirconia grain and powder, stabilizer, bonding agent, through the world advanced full automatic system fully mixing, drying, inspecting, pressing, inspecting, sintering, Inspecting,Polishing Inspecting, etc. series complex process, then packed into the fumigation wooden box with the client's information printed well, deliver to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.
The Bonding way is the zirconia insert (ring) into the alumina-c or magnesia-c, etc. various materials body by the refractory mortar.
