Product Description
 
Product Introduction
Rotary Drum Screen Filter is one of the pretreatment solid separating devices used for small and medium wastewater treatment plants, and a device which can remove solid suspended matter continuously and effectively. In some wastewater treatments, 30% to 60% of the organic inorganic solid suspended matter will be remove after filtering, and reducing greatly the subsequent work load.
 

Advantages

1. The equipment are all made of stainless steel, corrosion resistance, compact structure, cover an area of an area small, easy installation, can be fixed directly with expansion bolts, and not need to do groove. Influent and effluent can be piped.
2.The gate is inverted trapezoidal section, making the slag is not easy to jams mesh filters.
3.It adopts variable speed motor control to keep it in the best working condition according to the inflow water flow.
4.The special rinsing device can brush a very small amount of impurities stuck on the surface of the grid. After the secondary rinsing, the mesh cylinder can achieve the best clearing effect. At the same time, a flushing device is set to flush the dirt attached to the mesh.

 

Working principle
Waste water (raw water) passes through the surface of the drum and enters the interior of the drum.
As the drum rotates, the filtrate flows out from the bottom of the drum.Suspended solids in the waste water remain on the surface of the drum and are removed with a scraper.
