The QCOOL QC-01 is a small device designed to help keep pets safe outdoors and to be used as a means of providing outdoor anti-lost protection for them and Smart pet management. The QC-01 will provide more than just an ordinary Pet location device; it will provide 4G LTE communication capability; multiple types of location technology; APP based and Web based tracking; historical route playback; geo-fence alert notifications; and many other voice based functions.
The QC-01 is perfect for pet owners who are interested in tracking their pets in real-time. It helps keep track of your pet's location whether they are out on a walk by the house, running around at the park, travelling with you, or out in an unfamiliar area outdoors. 

Distributors and brands of pet products can use the QC-01 as a smart pet accessory that can be sold through retail brick-and-mortar outlets, online retailers, pet specialty stores, and pet care service channel.
A main advantage of QC-01 is its positioning system. Its positioning system supports GPS, BDS, AGPS, Wi-Fi AND LBS. If your pet is outdoors and you have a good satellite signal, the device uses GPS to find your pet's location/outdoor position within 10 meters. If your pet is inside a building or in a city where the GPS signal is weak, location by Wi-Fi provides an accurate location/reference. If neither GPS nor Wi-Fi signals are available location by LBS can still give an approximate location based on the closest network towers. Refer to the user manual that comes with your product, QCOOL QC-01 Smart Pet GPS Tracker for technical support and services. It contains information about how do to everything, including how to prepare a rectangle SIM Card, how to activate the device, log into it, understand how the LEDs work, set-up power saving options and how to perform the basic troubleshooting of the device, etc.

Before you use this product, you need to get a 4G Nano SIM card that fits and check that your SIM card can use mobile data and the needed network bands. If you plan to use the voice functions (record, pick up, or sound call back), make sure your SIM card can make regular phone calls and that it has enough money on it!

If the device cannot connect to the Internet, make sure that the battery is charged, and also ensure that the SIM card is correctly installed. check the APN settings; then look for a strong 4G signal. If you are in an area with weak local network, the device may experience some communication delay due to the low local network. 

It is important for users to ensure security of both device IMEI number and password. once device has been activated, it is good to change the default password ( which would be found in the APP ) in order to ensure account security.

For orders of OEM and ODM products, we can provide custom branding and packaging services based on the requirements of buyers.

To avoid damages in transit, all products are shipped with protective packing material inside the box and durable shipping cartons outside the box. The packaging design will provide stability during shipping, as well as a clean and professional look when appearing at retail or reseller locations.
